Gena Olson

Gena Olson is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Mrs. Olson has been serving those who struggle with a variety of addictions including Codependency and Substances. She has been in the field for 12 years and is specialized in addictions, depression and anxiety.  She enjoys working with all types of issues! Examples include depression, anxiety, compulsive disorders, adjustment to change, loss, and self-esteem. 

Through therapeutic interventions, she seeks to help clients fully reach their goals so they can experience the satisfaction of their accomplishments. She looks to empower the individual in order to identify and engage in his or her strengths to help create positive changes.

Mrs. Olson's approach to therapy is to listen to the client's needs and assist with developing a treatment plan tailored to those needs. She believes a strong therapeutic relationship is an important factor in successful outcomes in therapy. She strives to provide an open environment where you feel safe to open up and begin the healing process.
